Order Processing

We process all orders within 1-2 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer two shipping options to accommodate your needs:

Standard Shipping ($12.95):

  • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
  • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipment
  • Available for all orders

Free Shipping (Orders over $50):

  • Carrier: EMS
  • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs processing. We ship worldwide, excluding some Asian countries and remote areas.

International Shipping

For international orders, customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees. We recommend using our standard shipping option with DHL or FedEx for more reliable tracking.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Loloi rug or pillow as much as we loved creating it. If you’re not completely satisfied, we offer a straightforward returns process.

Return Policy Overview

  • Return Window: 15 days from delivery date
  • Condition: Items must be in original, unused condition with all tags attached
  • Non-Returnable Items: Custom or made-to-order rugs, final sale items, and any products showing signs of use or washing

Designer’s Tip

Unbox your rug or pillow in natural light to fully appreciate the colors and textures before deciding to return. Our design consultants are available to provide guidance on rug sizes, color coordination, and styling tips before you purchase.

How to Return an Item

  1. Contact Us: Email our Design Consultant Team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use our template below for quick processing.
  2. Pack Securely: Repackage the item in its original packaging with all protective materials.
  3. Ship Back: We’ll provide return shipping instructions. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
  4. Inspection: Our quality team will inspect the returned item upon arrival.
  5. Processing: Allow 5-7 business days for processing after we receive your return.

Refund Information

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and process your return. Please note:

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable
  • For exchanges, we’ll ship your new item once we receive the original
  • You’ll be responsible for any price difference and additional shipping costs for exchanges

International Returns

For customers outside the United States, return shipping costs and any applicable customs duties or taxes are the customer’s responsibility. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method for international returns.
