At Loloi Rugs, we take as much care in ensuring your satisfaction as we do in handcrafting our textiles. If your purchase doesn’t meet your expectations, we offer a straightforward returns and exchanges process within 15 days of delivery.
Our Return Policy
We accept returns and exchanges for most items, provided they are in original, unused condition with all tags attached. Due to the custom nature of our products, the following cannot be returned:
- Custom or made-to-order rugs
- Items marked as final sale
- Products that show signs of use or have been washed
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
- Contact Us: Email our Design Consultant Team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use our template below for quick processing.
- Pack Securely: Repackage the item in its original packaging with all protective materials.
- Ship Back: We’ll provide return shipping instructions. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
- Inspection: Our quality team will inspect the returned item upon arrival.
- Processing: Allow 5-7 business days for processing after we receive your return.
Refund Information
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and process your return. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
For exchanges, we’ll ship your new item once we receive the original. You’ll be responsible for any price difference and additional shipping costs.

International Returns
For customers outside the United States, return shipping costs and any applicable customs duties or taxes are the customer’s responsibility. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
